Individual Risk Factors 

We will delve into your daily habits and individual risk factors to reveal changes you can make to minimize the abnormal stressors in your daily life.  We will recommend specific stretches, simple exercises, habit modifications, and lifestyle changes to address your needs. 

Our approach 

Ergonomics 

We will assess the ergonomics of your current workplace set up and determine your ergonomic risk factors. We will focus on proactive ergonomics to address areas of minor fatigue before they escalate.
